What is your return policy?

For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. There are only 2 instances when we will either do a refund or exchange: the item arrives defective/damaged or we sent you the wrong item. If the item is sent back and claims to be defective/damaged and is found to be in perfect working order, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Please email us at wickedsensations@outlook.com within 30 days from the date you received your order. We ask that you keep your receipt and the original packaging for 30 days, as you will need both for a return. Items without their original packaging WILL NOT get refunded and you will have lost your money. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email us at the above address.

We have lots of items on our website and we do our best to give you the measurements (when provided). Items that are returned due to its size also WILL NOT be refunded.

In your return package, please include the following:

  • The packing slip.
  • A note telling us what the problem was.
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • If you don’t include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement/refund. It is CRITICAL that you send us an email BEFORE returning your item! All our items are drop-shipped and we have to work everything out with our drop-shipper. Otherwise, it will turn into a mess that no-one wants.

A lot of companies make it obvious where their customers shopped. If I order from you, will everyone in my neighborhood know what I bought?

Due to the nature of our products, all items are shipped in discreet boxes so even your nosiest neighbor or household member will not know where or what you ordered!

A lot of companies offer what you offer. Why should we shop with you and not with them?

There are a few reasons why you should abandon ship and join us here. We are dedicated to keeping our customers happy and will work with you to get you what you want (within reason). If you know exactly the product that you don’t want but don’t see it on here, we may be able to get it for you. We have access to thousands more products-and more vendors-but we don’t display them all because we are dedicated to keeping your costs down. We offer many opportunities for you to receive discounts and if you refer people, they will get discounts too. If they order, you will get more discounts! We will also do our best to either match or beat our competitor’s prices. Also, we will NEVER sell your information to ANYONE.

Peruse any adult toy site and make a few comparisons on what they look like...most sites are all affiliates of one big corporation-the people who you buy from are small businesses like us, but that is where the similarities end (most of the information on them is THE SAME). We proud ourselves on the fact that we KNOW what we are selling-every product is uploaded and adjusted manually-not by some person who has control over all the sites.

I would love it if I didn't have to pay for shipping. Why should I shop with you when I can get free shipping elsewhere?

Good news! We now offer free shipping on orders over $100 to the contiguous 48 states. Right now we charge for standard shipping (priority mail-USPS) but we do our best to pick the lowest rate possible without sacrificing integrity. We are working on adding UPS and Fedex and if you have a preference, please specify.

I want my order ASAP. When can I expect it?

If you placed your order before 6 am M-F, your order will be processed that same day; if it is after 6 am M-F, your order will be processed the next day. If it is any time after that, your order will be processed the following Monday. Sometimes we are able to process Saturdays, but there is no guarantee. As soon as we receive a tracking order, you will receive an email with that info.
