Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. There are only 2 instances when we will either do a refund or exchange: the item arrives defective/damaged or we sent you the wrong item. If the item is sent back and claims to be defective/damaged and is found to be in perfect working order, a 25% restocking fee might be applied.
Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days from the date you received your order. We ask that you keep your receipt and the original packaging for 30 days, as you will need both for a return. Items without their original packaging WILL NOT get refunded and you will have lost your money. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email us at the above address.
We have lots of items on our website and we do our best to give you the measurements (when provided). Items that are returned due to its size also WILL NOT be refunded.
In your return package, please include the following: 1. The packing slip. 2. A note telling us what the problem was. 3. A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. 4. If you don’t include a note, you may not be refunded!
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement/refund. It is CRITICAL that you send us an email BEFORE returning your item! All our items are drop-shipped and we have to work everything out with our drop-shipper. Otherwise, it will turn into a mess that no-one wants.

We can't issue refunds unless you received the wrong item or the item is broken.
We do our best to give you the measurements (when provided). We will not accept returns due to the size, whether it be lingerie or a miscalculation in the dimensions of toys. This is for hygienic reasons.
We do offer free gifts. Spend $50, get a gift worth $10; $100 gets you $20, 200 gets you $50, and $500 gets you $100. We pick but we try to base the gift on types of items that you bought. You must spend $50 to be eligible.
Currently all payments go through paypal but rest assured you can still use your credit or debit card along with paypal.
We use USPS mostly, which may take up to 8 days, but we also use DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We try to pick the cheapest, fastest option. IF you have a preference, PLEASE email us ASAP after your order (or text us at 603-312-4274 with your order number); otherwise we choose.
