We have lots of items on our website and we do our best to give you the measurements (when provided). Items that are returned due to its size also WILL NOT be refunded.

In your return package, please include the following:
1. The packing slip.
2. A note telling us what the problem was.
3. A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
4. If you don’t include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement/refund. It is CRITICAL that you send us an email BEFORE returning your item! All our items are drop-shipped and we have to work everything out with our drop-shipper. Otherwise, it will turn into a mess that no-one wants.
